Course overview

The Identity Restoration & Addiction Prevention course helps learners rebuild a stable, value-driven sense of self and develop practical safeguards against substance abuse and self-destructive behaviour. Addiction rarely begins with a substance — it often begins with a fractured identity. This course combines identity reconstruction work with prevention frameworks so learners can recognise risk early, break cycles of dependency, and help others do the same.

Key learning outcomes

Stress Prevention & Crisis Intervention

Spot stress early, build resilience and de-escalate crises with confidence.

Course overview

The Preventing Stress and Crisis Intervention course equips learners with essential skills to recognize, manage, and reduce stress before it escalates into crisis. Stress is a natural response to life’s challenges, but unmanaged stress can lead to burnout, conflict, and poor decision-making. • Crisis Intervention Techniques: Apply structured approaches to de-escalate and manage crises effectively.

Class 06

Practice of Smart Love & Forgiveness

Love wisely, set healthy boundaries and forgive without losing self-respect.

Course overview

The Practice of Smart Love and Forgiveness course is designed to help individuals cultivate healthier relationships, emotional balance, and inner peace. Love and forgiveness are powerful tools for healing, but when practiced wisely, they also strengthen resilience, reduce conflict, and foster meaningful connections. This course provides practical frameworks to understand emotional boundaries, apply compassionate communication, and embrace forgiveness without compromising self-respect. Learners will discover how smart love empowers growth and how forgiveness liberates both the self and others, creating a foundation for lasting harmony.

Key learning outcomes

  • Smart Love Principles: Learn how to love with wisdom, balance, and emotional clarity.
  • Forgiveness Frameworks: Understand practical steps to forgive while maintaining self-worth.
  • Emotional Boundaries: Develop skills to set healthy boundaries in relationships.
  • Conflict Resolution: Apply love and forgiveness to reduce tension and build trust.
  • Personal Growth: Strengthen resilience, empathy, and self-awareness for long-term well-being.
Class 07

Interpersonal Harmony & Conflict Resolution

Regulate the nervous system mid-conflict and negotiate lasting resolutions.

Course overview

Interpersonal conflict is not merely an intellectual disagreement; it is a somatic crisis. When humans experience conflict, the brain perceives a threat to social belonging, triggering the same Sympathetic-Adrenal-Medullary (SAM) axis that responds to physical predators. Unresolved, chronic relationship conflict acts as a constant “leaking faucet” of cortisol and adrenaline, contributing directly to the 30% stroke risk and systemic depressive pathologies that plague modern society. This course equips students with the scientific knowledge and practical behavioral skills required to intercept the conflict loop, regulate the autonomic nervous system mid-crisis, and negotiate mutually beneficial resolutions.

Key learning outcomes

  • Deconstruct: Identify the physiological and neurological markers of the acute conflict response.
  • IBR Framework: Apply the Interest-Based Relational framework to separate people from structural problems.
  • Conflict Dynamics: Calculate emotional escalation patterns using the Conflict Dynamics Formula.
  • Under Pressure: Execute active-listening and nonviolent communication (NVC) protocols under high stress.
  • Mediation: Mediate disputes within families, professional teams, and local communities as certified Life Transformers.
Class 08

Counselling Techniques & Narrative Guidance

Blend clinical frameworks with narrative work to guide real transformation.

Course overview

The counseling and intervention curriculum is built on the philosophy that therapeutic intervention is a precise, clinical, and bio-behavioral science, rather than just an abstract, conversational art. The program is designed to equip advanced students with foundational counseling skills that blend traditional counseling methods with principles related to spiritual growth and inner transformation. It prepares helpers to address both the emotional and mental challenges of a client, as well as their deeper search for meaning, connection, and purpose.

Key learning outcomes

  • Integrate Clinical Frameworks: Balance person-centered empathy with evidence-based strategies from CBT, DBT, and somatic psychophysiology.
  • Decode the Nervous System: Accurately read underlying autonomic nervous system indicators and decode a client’s spoken words.
  • Manage Crises Safely: Use non-violent intervention and de-escalation skills to handle high-stress client interactions ethically.
  • Reconstruct Personal Narratives: Guide clients in deconstructing defective core beliefs and rewriting their personal stories.
  • Somatic Down-Regulation: Prioritise trust and lower nervous system arousal to create the safety needed for deep emotional work.

Written assignment

Task one of the week: a structured written task that helps you think deeply and apply the unit’s concepts.

Discussion forum

Task two of the week: exchange perspectives with fellow learners and learn from the experience of others.

Journal assignment
